From farms to businesses
The village’s history goes back to the Middle Ages: life gathered around the castle until the mid 18th century, among farms and market gardens spread over hamlets. Since the late 1970s, a Centre Leclerc and other businesses have turned the town towards services.
Several hundred jobs
According to the town hall, its shops and businesses employ several hundred people from the area. The village also keeps the Jardin de Nous Deux, an outsider art work by Charles Billy (1910 to 1991). The town covers 5.02 km², between 189 and 303 metres.
