The forms
When you request an audit or place an order, we receive what you write: name, business, e-mail, phone, town, current site address and your message.
This data is used only to answer you and, for an order, to perform the contract. It is kept three years after our last exchange for a request with no follow up, and for the legal retention period of accounting records (ten years) for an order.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and performance of the contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Payment
Payment takes place on the page of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details never reach our servers; Stripe sends us the payment confirmation, your name and your e-mail.
Providers
OVH (hosting in France), Cloudflare (network and security), Stripe (payment). No data is sold or transferred.
Your rights
You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@newgenesis.ai. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
