Terms of sale
These terms apply to NewGenesis offers ordered online. The quote or order summary states the exact content of your offer. The French version prevails.

1. Provider
Téo Trompier EI, trading as NewGenesis, SIRET 944 355 775 00015, 24 avenue Joannès Masset, Bât. 5, 69009 Lyon, France.
2. Offers and prices
Offers and prices are those shown on the Offers page on the day of the order. No VAT charged (French art. 293 B CGI).
3. Order and deposit
The order is placed online and confirmed by paying a deposit: 30% for Essentiel, 20% for Signature. The balance is paid by bank transfer per the offer’s schedule: at launch for Essentiel; 30% at design approval then 50% at launch for Signature.
4. Delays
Delays run from receipt of your approved content (texts, photos, information). Late content delays the launch by the same amount.
5. Your content
You warrant that you hold the rights to the texts, photos and logos you give us.
6. Late payment
Late payment incurs penalties at three times the legal interest rate and, for a business client, a fixed recovery fee of €40 (French Commercial Code, article L441-10).
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer client has fourteen days to withdraw (French Consumer Code, article L221-18). If you ask for work to start before that period ends, work already provided remains due on withdrawal (article L221-25).
8. Ownership
Ownership and use of the delivered creations are set out in your offer summary.
9. Disputes
French law applies. In case of disagreement we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent court is Lyon for a business client.
